Iranian is allowed to stay in Turkey for 90 days every 180 days without the

What is a
Turkish card?
Kimlik is
the Turkish residence card known as T, C, or Kimlik card. T, C stands for the
Republic of Turkey, which has an 11-digit number beginning with 99.
All
personal information, including the address of the residence, is recorded in
the system attached to this number and is accessible everywhere.
According
to the law of foreign nationals in Turkey, foreigners who have applied for a
residence permit longer than the time specified between them with Turkey should
apply for a kimik card and an ID card or a numarasi card.
The
residence card issued to foreigners is available in two ways:
Temporary
and permanent cards
Temporary
Card:
Temporary
residence card is issued when a foreigner intends to reside in Turkey only and
is not a Turkish citizen yet and decides to obtain a residence permit in Turkey
with all types of residence permits, including renting, buying property,
education, etc. These cards are usually issued in pink (tourist residence) and
blue (temporary business residence).
Permanent
Residence Card:
After the
expiry of the temporary residence permit, if the foreigner obtains Turkish
citizenship and passport, the card is changed, and the card is issued
permanently.
