The

Requirements
for the Cyan card:
This
system is designed for people who wish to live in Turkey and have provided the
necessary conditions to continue living in Turkey.
The holder
of this card must enter the labor market in Turkey within one year. And if they
cannot work within one year, their Cyan card will be canceled.
The
transition period for the Cyan Card is three years, and there is a scoring
system. Foreigners who regularly submit their reports and maintain and increase
their ratings in the first three years, following Article 16, may hold the Cyan
Card for an unlimited period, which they can receive for the next two years.
Citizenship of Turkey and, according to the Turkish citizenship law, if the
